Accuracy of Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of quannshop.com.au is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, quannshop.com.au cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Product Availability

At quannshop.com.au we ship direct to you from the manufacturer / supplier. The stock levels of all products are reflected on each product as follows

In Stock

Delivery can be expected between 3-10 working days (depending on your postcode area) from cleared payment. If an item is marked In Stock and for some reason it is unavailable, you will be given a choice of a refund or back order.

Pre-Order Now

This product is either not currently in the manufacturer's range and is due to be released in the next 30 days, or the product has very recently been released and demand is high. As soon as this item is available your order will be treated as a priority above others and delivered direct to your door. Delivery times of up to 30 days are possible. We will of course contact you should delivery arrangements differ from this.

Out of Stock

Due to excessive demand these items are temporarily out of stock. We estimate delivery within 10-14 working days.
All delivery times are estimates only and some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note some products may take longer due to shortages from the manufacturers. You will be notified via email in this event.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 2 working days from delivery. You must notify us by email of your intention to cancel within 2 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg the box and any wrapping must be in tact and unopened)

Goods must be returned to the address supplied to you by us within 10 working days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days.

Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.

Please note :You must organise the return of unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 10 working days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refunds

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories as listed below.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
